I have child custody or visitation questions, who should I call?
- This office does not have jurisdiction over child custody issues.
- If you have been notified that your child and/or the other parent of your child has been enrolled in the Safe at Home program or if you have child custody related questions, please contact your attorney and/or your county superior court.
- Dial your county's 211 or visit the 211 directory website for more information at
www.ca.gov/N11/211directory.html.
Should I fax, email or mail forms to Safe at Home?
- Faxed or emailed copies of application materials are not accepted.
- The advocate must sign and mail your application materials to Safe at Home.
- Please do not email forms or confidential information to Safe at Home.
